Extract region and department from ticket IDs
You'll be working on a table called SupportTickets. The Ticket ID column contains structured codes like EMEA-SALES-0042, where the first segment is the region, the second is the department, and the third is a numeric ID.
Over this exercise and the next, you'll clean-up this data to prepare it for analysis, starting by separating the Region and Department columns.
