Putting it all together

Time to put everything together. Marco in Finance at Vantara Group submits an expense for approval. You're building the production-ready version of the flow: the approval routes to Marco's manager, the outcome branches the response, and a fallback fires if the approval errors or times out so the Finance team is never left waiting.

Scaffolding — required pieces: Manual trigger → Get manager (V2) → Start and wait for an approval → Condition on Outcome → Compose in True and False → parallel Compose with Run after = has failed / has timed out.

Assigned to: type your own email (the Mail token from Get manager resolves empty in this practice account and blocks save).
