Handle the response from a downstream workflow

The producer workflow fires orders to Workflow B, but right now it's fire-and-forget — there's no check on whether the order was actually processed.

Add an If node that inspects the response status from Workflow B, then route to Edit Fields nodes that produce a clear success or failure summary on each branch.
