Increasing polling time on an SQS queue

You are a backend engineer at NimbusCart. Consumers polling the orders-queue SQS queue are returning large numbers of empty responses, driving up API costs. The queue has been created for you with the default settings. Reconfigure it to wait for messages before responding.
