Building the lead-scoring kit

You're a Sales Development Representative at HelpHub, a customer-support platform sold to teams that run support desks. Overnight, 50 inbound leads landed in your queue. You only have time for about 10 of them today, there's no lead-scoring system in place, and this afternoon your manager will ask who you're prioritizing and why.

Instead of working through the spreadsheet by hand, one row at a time, you'll give the job to Claude Cowork. The leads are in leads.csv inside the Lead Scoring folder in Desktop/Resources, each described by 12 fields with no scoring model. Some fields are missing values, and some leads are borderline; they may be strong in one signal but weak in another. Deciding what a good lead looks like is the real work. You'll build a scorecard, score every lead, and produce a shortlist you can defend.
