Now that you have a table capturing loan officer details, you need a modal that will pop up when users click Nominate in the table. Create a modal with elements that will allow end users to see loan officer details and make selections before choosing to formally nominate them (or not).

Note: In this exercise you'll just configure the modal's appearance; in future exercises you'll add action sequences to make the modal appear and take other actions with the captured input.
