Setting up Event Hubs

The purpose of this exercise is to help you get familiar with how Event Hubs are set up in Azure. You will create your first Event Hubs namespace, which can act as a placeholder for one or more Event Hub. Each Event Hub acts as a separate entity for ingesting and processing event data.

We will also create an instance of an Event Hub. Finally, we will test our Event Hub by sending a custom event to it.
