Add a "log failure to SharePoint" branch
Theo's renewal flow occasionally fails on Get manager (V2) due to permission issues. By default, a failed action kills the whole run. That's the wrong behaviour for Drumlin: one failed email shouldn't stop the rest of the renewals from being processed.
Add a parallel path after Get manager (V2) that runs after Failed (and ideally TimedOut), and logs the failure. In production that log would be a SharePoint Create item on a Renewal Errors list. Here, a Compose with a static failure message stands in for that write — the graded skill is the Configure run after setting, not the SharePoint connector.
Scaffolding — worked micro-example: After Get manager (V2) you want two actions:
- Compose A (success path): Inputs = Mail from Get manager. Run after = is successful (default).
- Compose B (failure path): Inputs =
Get manager failed. Run after = has failed (and optionally has timed out). Untick is successful on Compose B or it will never fire on errors.
