Pivoting

After sorting out the Monthly sales data, you are now tasked with evaluating order level data which is directly extracted from the CRM system that the company uses. This software groups all the product-related information into two columns which form a key-value pair. So you will need to extract the information from this column to make it usable in the report-building stage of analysis.

You are informed by your team leader that the report you will build from this data will only focus on the Employees, customers, and product categories, so other columns will not be necessary to include in your dataset.
