Help Chase refresh his strategy

When we last met with Chase, we helped him adapt his data governance framework and operating model to align with organizational changes about two years ago. Now that Chase has been the CDO for five years, his boss, Milly, has asked him to refresh his data governance strategy and roadmap for the following reasons:

• Employees indicate the vision statement is no longer inspiring.
• As technology has become outdated, business lines have reverted back to using spreadsheets for certain processes.
• People around the organization have started questioning what the data governance office does.
