Including user KPIs in the dashboard

Let's build on what you have created. Often, you'll want to go back to edit worksheets once you've put together a dashboard. You will now include highlighted counts based on the type of user for each situation.

If you lost progress, load the workbook 1_3_user_kpi.twbx from the Workbooks folder on the Desktop.

Tip: You can press the Esc key to reset all Filter Actions (e.g., filtering by selecting a specific hour in the bar chart) in the dashboard. This option will not work for the filters cards on the right. If you changed them, you will have to clear those filters manually.
