Deze cursus introduceert containers als een praktische manier om applicaties consistent te verpakken en uit te voeren in de cloud, vergelijkbaar met goederen vervoeren in gestandaardiseerde dozen die op elke vrachtwagen of elk schip passen. Je begint met begrijpen waarom containers waardevol zijn in moderne clou domgevingen en hoe ze implementatie en schalen eenvoudiger maken. Daarna doorloop je de volledige containerworkflow op Azure: je pusht containerimages naar Azure Container Registry en voert ze uit met Azure Container Instances voor eenvoudige, serverloze implementaties. Vervolgens richt de cursus zich op Azure Kubernetes Service, met een heldere uitleg van de architectuur en kernbouwstenen zoals nodes, pods, deployments en services. Tot slot implementeer en schaal je vooraf gebouwde gecontaineriseerde applicaties op AKS, monitor je de gezondheid van applicaties en clusters met Azure Monitor en leer je veelvoorkomende problemen oplossen met Azure-cloudtools.
