Editing & redeploying a custom template

Not only can we export ARM templates based on the existing services, but we can also deploy services from ARM templates. In this exercise, we will learn how a service can be deployed to Azure from such a template. We will do it by modifying the existing ARM template created from the original APIM service and deploying it as a new APIM service with similar configuration.
