Block the bad submit with IsBlank + DisplayMode
A form is only as safe as its Save button. The screenshot shows a new ticket with the Title field still empty and the Save button greyed out so it cannot fire. The button's DisplayMode is wired to the Title card's input, and the form's OnFailure shows an error toast as a fallback.
Look at the grayed-out Save button. Which DisplayMode formula produces that behavior: disabled while the Title is blank, and enabled once it is filled?
