Add a knowledge source and ask a scoped question

Contoso's Workplace Services team answers the same office questions every day, about visitors, parking, and meeting rooms. They want an agent that answers from their approved FAQ rather than from the model's general knowledge or a web search.

You'll create Workplace Assistant, attach the Contoso Workplace FAQ.docx file as a knowledge source, switch off web search so the file is the only outside material, and ask a question scoped to it. Knowledge files can be Word documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, or plain text. A new file takes 5 to 10 minutes to index, so the first reply may say the agent can't find the answer. That's expected, and nothing in this exercise depends on the reply.
