A rough first draft

A teammate used a UI generator to spin up this Contact Us form shown, then shipped it without polishing it. Take a moment to study the form shown in this exercise and notice what feels off: the tiny lowercase heading, the cramped spacing, the inputs with no labels and faint placeholder text, and the washed-out "submit" button.
