Stacking default rules with instructions

The Sales team keeps hitting the same two annoyances: failed payments sneak into revenue totals, and breakdowns come back in no useful order. Both are judgment calls Genie shouldn't have to re-guess on every question.

These are defaults: rules that should apply automatically to every relevant query. You'll capture them as space instructions, then confirm Genie enforces them without being reminded.
