Visualizing over time

The Department Breakdown page looks good, but we believe that visualizing changes over time would provide some interesting insights about the data. To that effect, we'd like to see, per cost center, a plot of the number of expenditures versus amount spent, broken down by month and year.

If you have lost progress, close any open reports and load 1_3_visualizing_over_time.pbix from the Exercises folder on the Desktop.
