"Greetings, World!": Our first agent

In Google ADK, an LlmAgent wraps a language model together with the rules that define its personality and behavior. Let’s spin up your first one:

• Assign the name "WelcomeAgent" to your agent.
• Instruct the agent to always greet the user politely.
• Set the agent to Use the model specified in the AGENT_MODEL variable.

• If you’re running DataLab in Restricted Mode, this exercise isn’t supported yet. We’re actively working on making it available in the future.
• Make sure your Environment is set to Python 3.12 throughout the course.
