Setting an alert rule

In this exercise, we will configure an alerting rule. Alerting rules are configured in Application Insights so that you get notified if there are any problems with your software. For example, if there are too many errors happening within a short period of time or if the request latency starts becoming unmanageable, you would receive an SMS, email, a PagerDuty ping, to go and have a look.
