Enhance communication and messaging

As the engineering infrastructure is complete, Amtek Corporation now wants to rebuild their customer support workflows in the cloud to enhance their customer interaction. The project involves building robust communication channels for the following two use cases:

• Messaging infrastructure: Building an effective channel for sending messages or signals between AWS services when certain events occur.
• Customer engagement channels: Establishing a channel to directly send communication to customers.
