The CFO is interested in finding the internal rate of return for each product, so naturally, they've asked you to do it. They want you to put it in the SPEND dashboard next to the other project metrics.

If you have lost progress, close any open workbooks and load 4_4_irr.pbix from the Exercises folder on the Desktop.
