Transpose to reshape the data

The existing dataset has job satisfaction in separate columns. We want those four columns all in one column - moving them to rows! This will normalize the data, and do away with so many null records, once completed.

If you've lost progress, don't worry. We are starting with a freshly loaded dataset!
