Split, process, and reassemble

Stakeholders think in whole orders, but line-level math has to happen while items are split out. The pattern is: expand, compute, then reassemble into one collection.

Import the nested orders, use Split Out to flatten, Edit Fields to calculate line_total, then Aggregate to collect the enriched items back together.
