Why did Get items return 0 records?

Theo runs the renewal sweep and Get items returns an empty array, even though five contracts on the SharePoint list clearly match. The Filter Query he typed is:

Status eq 'Active' and EndDate le addDays(utcNow(), 60)

Which part of the expression is wrong?
