Usage data lives on the agent's Monitor tab. Whatever numbers your agent shows today, that's fine: the skill here is knowing where each number lives and what it means, so you can read them once employees start using the agent.

Then watch the Microsoft 365 blog's feed with an RSS trigger and add a human review step before anything reaches staff.
