Build an application health dashboard

The TenantReportReader service at NovaTech keeps surprising the on-call team because its health is scattered across separate metric screens. As the platform engineer, you will build a single CloudWatch dashboard that surfaces the golden signals — traffic, errors, and latency — at a glance.

You will create a dashboard, add a widget for invocation volume (traffic), add an error-rate widget using metric math, and add a p99 duration widget (latency) so the team can spot trouble in one place.
