At Contoso, Workplace Services lends equipment such as projectors and portable speakers, but the team keeps getting vague requests with no dates. They want the agent to collect the details up front, so every request arrives complete.

You'll add an Equipment Loan Request topic that asks for three details: the item, the pickup date, and the number of working days. You'll describe the topic and let Copilot draft the conversation, then check it asks for the right things.
