Summarize feedback themes and validate

The CHRO at Summit HR wants to know the top themes in the pulse survey's free-text feedback so they can address them. Open the same survey workbook and use Copilot to summarize the top improvement themes from the Feedback column. Then validate Copilot's summary by spot-checking a few original comments, and answer a question about why that validation matters.
