Create project pre-requisites
Our company is beginning a multi-phase project to build an online shopping experience. In this first phase, we are setting up the foundation: a Web App to serve the storefront, a Function App to handle processing, and Application Insights for monitoring. These pre-requisites ensure the system is ready to scale and evolve as we add features.

Create a new Web App in the existing resource group.,Use Python 3.11 as the runtime stack and East US for the region.,Configure the Web App to a use a new App Service Plan using Standard tier.,Under Monitor tab, choose to enable Application Insights and create a new one.,Wait for the Web App to deploy successfully.
