Initialize an MCP connection in the right order

A client is connecting to an MCP server over the STDIO transport. Before any tool can be called, the two sides must complete the initialization handshake — a fixed sequence of messages that sets up the connection. The four messages below are shuffled. Put them in the order they are sent, from opening the connection through the first tool call.
