Build a ticket router with Switch
James in Operations at Vantara Group routes support tickets to the right person by department. Build a Switch flow that reads the department name and composes a different routing message for HR, Finance, and IT, with a Default case for anything else.
Note: if you see a "Your flow should contain…" message while building, that's Power Automate validating in real time. It clears once each action is fully configured.
