Scaling throughput & partitions

In this exercise, you'll scale an Event Hubs namespace, so it can handle a large data throughput. You'll enable and raise throughput units (TUs) with auto-inflate for burst workloads and compare partition counts by creating a second Event Hub with more partitions, noting that partition count is immutable after creation. You'll verify changes in the portal and review basic metrics to correlate scale settings with capacity indicators.
