Create a CloudWatch metric filter

You're an SRE for the deploy-demo-orders-api Lambda. Failed requests are written as ERROR log lines, but nobody notices them until a customer complains. Create a CloudWatch metric filter that turns every ERROR log line into a metric you can chart and alarm on.
