One of the key principles of GDPR is to have a legitimate reason to process personal data. We have learned that we need to have at least one of these six legal grounds to process personal data:

  1. Consent
  2. Legitimate interest
  3. Legal obligation
  4. Contractual obligation
  5. Vital interests
  6. Public task
