Net promoter score

Net Promoter Score (or NPS) is a common metric companies use to track the success of a product or website. It is measured by asking how likely someone is to recommend a brand, website, service, or product to a friend or colleague.

Users respond on a scale from 0 to 10. Use the interactive explorer to see how those scores are often grouped, then decide how to describe the kind of data NPS collects.
