Exercise

# Correlations and pairwise p-values by only one operation

Next to the `cor()`

and `cor.test()`

functions, another function is available in R which allows for computing the correlations along with the pairwise p-values among the correlations.

The `rcorr.adjust()`

function of the `Rmcdr`

package computes the **correlations with the pairwise p-values among the correlations**. Two types of p-values are computed: the ordinary p-values and the adjusted p-values.

What do the adjusted p-values take into account?

Instructions

**50 XP**
