All the rates and terms are provided.

There are 52 annual weekly payments, 12 annual monthly payments, and 4 annual quarterly payments.

Enter the correct number of annual payments in column F. This is the total per year, not the total overall.
Enter the correct PMT() formula in column G.
Remember to put a negative before the PMT() formula!
