Build a leave-request approval flow

Time to build your first complete approval flow. Sarah in HR at Vantara Group submits a leave request, and the flow finds her manager, sends the approval, and branches based on the decision.

In real workflows, the branches would update SharePoint or send calendar invites. Here, we use Compose actions to keep the focus on the approval logic.

Note: if you see a "Your flow should contain…" message while building, that's Power Automate validating in real time. It clears once each action is fully configured.
