1. Congratulations!
Congratulations on making it to the end of the course! Let's recap everything we've covered.2. Course recap
We started out learning what GitHub is, what it is used for and how it differs from Git. We learned how to set up our own public or private repo, how to create a README and dot-gitignore file, and how to format our README with markdown syntax. We then looked at how to add new files and directories, as well as how to modify existing ones. We worked with branches learning how to add a new branch, switch between branches, and have the correct settings. We also tackled the task of creating personal access tokens.3. Course recap
That's still not all! We then looked at how to collaborate on GitHub through the use of issues, comments, and pull requests, learning how to review and approve changes before they are added.4. Congratulations!
We hope that through taking this course, you have gained the confidence to contribute to or manage a project on GitHub. Happy coding!Create Your Free Account
