It's a type of artificial intelligence that generates content and takes action for you. What kind of content? The generated content can be multimodal, including text, code, images, speech, video, and even 3D. When given a prompt, which is a question or an instruction, Gen AI can produce images and videos, summarize meeting notes, create research reports, and develop Q&A chatbots. In addition to content creation, Gen AI, through AI agents, can take autonomous, goal-oriented action on your behalf, a topic you'll explore further in this module.
