Let's take a quick moment to discuss how this course has been designed. This course is designed to be practical, so you can get up to speed quickly and feel confident in applying the concepts right away in Snowflake. We will get our hands dirty building applications just like those you will build for your own work. Let me tell you about all the cool projects we will build in this course. In this module, we will start with a simple AI application that summarizes customer support calls. Think of this as a hello world of generative AI in Snowflake. And then, we will build a more complex model that can not only summarize customer issues, but capture their sentiment and translate them to new languages as well. Last, we will go even further to fine-tune a model that can respond to customer issues for us in just the same style we would. In the end, we will stitch together an AI application that auto-generates an email response to customer reviews based on their sentiment. All of that to say, you will build three different AI projects by the end of this course. You will have a solid understanding of Snowflake's AI features and when to use them effectively.
