In this exercise, you will use HLOOKUP() to create a dynamic lookup for the year we want to sell our property.

We need to create a way for Streit's Chief Investment Officer to analyze the predicted sales price of West Ridge North during any year of our analysis. Now we can calculate the sales price using the cap rate formula from before: [Property Value] = [Net Operating Income]/[Cap Rate].

Your colleague sends you the syntax of HLOOKUP() as a reminder.

HLOOKUP(lookup_value, table_array, row_index_num, [range_lookup])

If you have lost progress, close any open workbooks and load 1_3_income_modeling.xlsx from the Exercises folder.
