Setting up an MQTT broker

Event routing is an important feature of Event Grid. It enables Event Grid to translate MQTT messages, such as IoT device telemetry, into standard Event Grid messages that can be handled by any applications, such as Azure Functions. In this exercise, we will set up Event Routing, which would be the first step to connect IoT devices, such as wearables and sensors, to our system.
