Unnesting JSON Arrays

Each shipment event in logistics.delivery_events carries a stops array inside its JSON payload, recording every location a shipment passed through on its route. To analyze individual legs of a journey, Harbr's data team needs to unnest that array into one row per stop. Your task is to flatten the stops for a multi-leg shipment and identify how many cities it passed through before reaching its destination.
