So as you can see, we're back in the Excel template here, specifically, we're on the third tab, labeled as NPV/IRR. Now, the assignment is pretty straightforward. In this first cell here, we're looking for you to use the IRR function, and the second cell we're looking for the NPV function. Now, the NPV function may not give you the answer that you're looking for right away, but try and experiment with it a little bit, hopefully you can get it to match the solution. Good luck.
