Welcome back. Now that you have your notebook set up, you're ready to get started on building your own generative AI applications. These applications can query any data no matter what the look of it is. To do this, we'll work in the Snowflake environment, which will allow us to access enterprise data and generative AI primitives. These primitives are ready for AI engineers and scientists to use and are what we'll use in this course. If you haven't done so already, please go back to the reading before this video and follow the steps to set up your notebook. This setup is necessary for success in the following modules and it's worth noting, I want you to succeed. Generative AI is something that I'm very excited about. I mean, I've made a career out of it. I'm very excited to share what I've learned and put into practice in my career just so that you can too. So by the end of this course, you'll have your own gen AI apps built coupled with the understanding of how they work, which you can take and apply elsewhere on your own.
