By the end of this course, you’ll be building an AI agent that can do deep research, much like the most advanced ChatGPT models!

7. Step-by-step workflow

In the next few videos, we’ll build our agent step by step, with plenty of code examples. We’ll gradually discover tool use, memory, multi-agent collaboration, and human checkpoints, building our way up to the development of our own end-to-end workflows.

From generating market reports to drafting long-form content, you’ll finish the course with agentic systems that do the heavy lifting to power your productivity!

You’ll have access to DataLab notebooks as part of the videos, so you can follow along and experiment with the code.

10. Course goals

By the end of this journey, you’ll have a solid grasp of LlamaIndex’s AgentWorkflow and know how to orchestrate multiple agents using LlamaIndex.

11. Prerequisites

No previous AI agent experience is required. We will introduce each concept from first principles and reinforce it through hands-on exercises. You should feel comfortable writing Python functions and working with APIs, as these skills will be essential for building and deploying our agents. Whether you have recently completed your first AI project or are ready to tackle more ambitious work, this course will provide a solid foundation in building agentic workflows.
