Tell the story to leadership
Tomorrow's Board and Beyond leadership meeting: 60 seconds with the CEO. You need a tight written story: a recommendation, a supporting number, and one risk flagged honestly.
Be hardest on findings that confirm what you wanted to believe. That's where sycophancy hides. The recommendation should be backed by data, but the honest version names the risk too. Write the one-paragraph story.
Which element makes the story honest and decision-ready rather than sycophantic?
