You have gained a lot of information about
AB design, including the benefits and uses of AB designs, assessing AB design practices, and understanding data. Largely, we discussed effect sizes and power using the pwr package to assess the confidence we can have in our results.
You also learned how to analyze AB design data
with parametric and non parametric tests such as t-test with t-dot-test, Mann-Whitney U test using wilcox-dot-test, Chi-square test of independence using chisq-dot-test, Fisher's Exact test using fisher-dot-test, correlations using cor-dot-test, and regressions using lm and glm. Additionally, you gained an understanding of assessing the test outputs and what can be said about the data, including if the test can be trusted.
Additionally, you now know how to construct
data visualizations using ggplot2, including bar plots, box plots, and scatter plots with regression lines and visualizing predicted data points, as well as
how to present the data to any audience!
